Refund policy
We hope you love your MARKIZAFASHION items, but if there is any reason you would like to make a return please send it back and ensure that the return reaches our office within 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. We start counting from the day your item was delivered.
Please take care when trying your items on as we will only accept items that :
- Are unused/ unworn
-in the same perfect condition you received
- Must have all tags attached& in original packaging
- No makeup /fake tan/ deodorant marks or any stains
-no odours, heavily fragranced and no washing smell
(If we believe any of your items have been returned washed, worn, stained etc it will be refused instantly. All returns are security checked by at least two people)

Return postage is to be covered by the customer, we recommend using a signed for a tracked service& keeping hold of your proof of postage as we are not responsible if your parcel is lost on the way back to us and no refund will be given without the return being received.
Swimwear & jewellery is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

We are within our rights to refuse any returns, if your return is refused for any reason you will be responsible for paying for your return to be sent back to you as we will not cover this by any circumstance. We will refuse any items returned after 14 days.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
Exchange or credit note only on pre-ordered items at the same value as the initial purchase. Credit notes are store credit discount codes which are valid for 3 months, this cannot be extended or used to buy gift cards.
Please include your full name and order number on a note in the returns package so we can link it to you, if you don't add this in we won't be able to locate your return and this will delay the process.
Once we receive the return, we will contact you to confirm the refund/credit note information. Please also allow time for us to process your returns especially when it is busy! Working days are weekdays and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Refunds can take up to take up to 15-21 working days to be processed. Usually quicker but we can have busy periods so please bear this in mind. Refunds will be processed to the original payments.
What condition do I return my item (s) in?
Items must be returned free of any odour, or stains i.e. makeup/fake tan and in the original packaging with tags intact. If tampered / the item does not arrive to us in the immaculate condition it is sent in, the customer is required to pay for postage for the unwearable item to be returned to them. We must be strict on this and have a right to refuse the return
Are shipping fees returned once a return is made?
We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.
Are returns paid for?
We're unable to cover return postage costs as we are a small business. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
I returned my parcel late- what are my options?
Customers will be contacted to make payment for the return postage of the parcel. This will be sent out when the payment has been made and will be delivered back to you on the desired signed-for method.
I ordered a pre-order item and it does not fit, what are my options?
All PRE-ORDER items are exchanged only for CREDIT as this is a MADE-TO-ORDER item. Please bear this in mind before ordering. Credit notes are to be used within 3MONTHS and we cannot extend this period so please make sure you are aware of the expiry date. When we receive the return, we will message you to confirm the exchange/credit note information
Faulty items
Faulty items must be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving them. After the 24 hours have passed we cannot be of any help.
If on the rare occasion, you receive a faulty return we can replace this for you or provide an exchange/ credit note but if the item has been worn and without tags, we are not responsible for any faults that occurred after under any circumstances.
WE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ARE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE INPUTTED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT AND YOUR PARCEL IS SENT THERE WE CAN ONLY SEND IT TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED SO NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IF YOUR PARCEL IS LOST OR DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS.
If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for new postage to be sent out again and provide the correct address, we are not responsible for your parcel if it is incorrectly addressed and we will not be liable to pay for your postage if your address was inputted wrong by you! However, if the parcel is returned to us, we will help by sending this out for you again!
For international customers please bear in mind your parcels may receive customs and duties charges, this is variable for specific countries and we are not responsible or required to by law pay for your customs charges.
Missing Parcels
Sorry to hear you're having problems with your order.
If the courier was unable to reach you when they tried to deliver your goods, they may have delivered the parcel to one of your neighbours.
Please check to see if you have received a delivery card from the courier - it could have been slipped under your door, or delivered where you usually receive letters.
If you’ve checked for the card and have also already spoken with your neighbours, but still haven’t recovered your parcel, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Please note: If we are unable to locate the parcel we will need to contact the courier and open up a claim. These claims can take up to 30 days to investigate so please note that we will need to await the claim outcome before issuing any refunds.
